I hold Bachelor Degrees in Philosophy, and Management, Masters in Business Administration, Christian Business Administration and M.Phil. in Business Administration and Doctorate in Christian Leadership, PhD in Business Administration and PhD in Leadership and Organizational Development and a licensed Professor in Leadership and Organizational Development from prestigious Universities i.e. Rudolph Kwanue University- Liberia, Madonna University, Nigeria, Hamar University, Mogadishu Somalia, Roehampton University UK and Global Interfaith University approved by the California Delaware-USA.
I also have over two decades of experience in Lectureship, mentoring and supervising students Theses, Dissertation Projects. I have served as co-chair and reviewer of Journals, like frontier, Criminology and Criminal Law, Brainer etc. and teaching experiences in a variety of modules including Leadership, Management, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship and Research Education, curriculum development, Corruption and Financial Crime, Governance and Risk Management, AI Leadership and ethics in business. I am passionate about education and have a great deal of enthusiasm for teaching. I am a patient and understanding instructors who enjoys helping students learn and grow.
My professional experience has prepared me for the lecturer and Administrative roles. I have a deep understanding of the different teaching methods and can easily adjust my teaching style to meet the needs of my students. Additionally, I am able to effectively manage a classroom and ensure that students are engaged in the material. I am also proficient in various educational technologies and am comfortable incorporating them into my lessons.
